Autumn came with a vengeance, dropping the temperature, increasing the strength of our winds, changing the dress of Andros from summer to autumn. With nice weather for hiking and the sun warming us from where it was burning, we began the autumn cleaning and maintenance of signage..

✳️ In more detail, the work carried out, with the help of sponsored workers and volunteers, is as follows:

Northern area of ​​Gavrio – Batsi
—Route 15a and 15, reinstallation of a pillar, correction of incorrect signs at the same point, cleaning of a section from Scholis Road to Ano Agios Petros, deep cleaning of phrygana,
—15a (replacement of a pole and varnishing of signs in Ano Agios Petros),
—15 (replacement of 3 posts in Ano Agios Petros) cleaning and marking cleaning and reinstalling poles and replacing worn signs on signs and varnishing signs
—Route 15, installation of 2 new posts at the dirt road opening points in Kato Agios Petros and spot cleaning
—Route 16, repositioning of 2 uprights and varnishing of signs.
—Route 11, replacement of a fallen pillar at Batsi and varnishing of signs, also repair of 3 broken doors,
—Cleaning of section Αr1 ​​Arni circular from the dirt road of Louis to above Louis, a section that is constantly closed,

Central area of ​​Chora
—Route 10, cleaning of the section from Strapourgia reservoir to Agios Ioannis Theologos, deep cleaning and removal of stones.
—Clearing of lateral vegetation on circular route 17, Abyssos section, also correcting the placement of the upright.
—Route 2, placing a sign at Kakousouli that had been stolen or taken from the stream
—Route 12, repair of a broken pole in Kouvara.
—Replacement of poles on routes 2,10 (replacement of a fallen pole),
—Route 1 (placing a fallen sign on the wall).
