💦 The winter rains and the generous spring showers have caused the grass in the fields to grow wildly, blocking many of our trails. Along with the lush vegetation, damage to the dry stone walls has also increased. Unattended herds of livestock (goats, rams) have also contributed to the damage to the stone walls; for years now, they have dominated the mountains, threatening to level every wall they encounter.

❤️ True to our goal and vision of clean and accessible trails, we continue tirelessly with volunteers and workers to inspect the routes, clear vegetation, and maintain the trails so they remain safe and open to everyone.
