A beautiful walk around the Megalos Potamos (Big River) in the heart of the fertile valley of Livadia, among citrus orchards, clusters of cypress trees, and tall stone walls. The route passes through all the village’s settlements: Mesa Chorio (Upper Village), Kato Chorio (Lower Village), Agios Konstantinos, the ravine, and Pera Chorio (Far Village), a wooden bridge, Abyssos, a stone bridge, and the river’s bend. At the end of the walk, anyone who wishes can join in the traditional May Day celebration with food and live music, organized by the people of Livadia Cultural Association.

Distance: 6,4 km

With our steps, we are helping to keep the path open! Along the way, we will also cut back any vegetation that has grown back to block the path and clear garbage.
