Collapse of a section of wall on hiking route No 6 – Report damage
In the context of the actions of the Andros Routes project, designed and managed by our organization, which aims to preserve and highlight the paths of Andros in accordance with European standards, we have been forced in recent years, as long as interventions or damage to the paths and their wider area are found , to proceed with reports to the Administration.
In recent days, on hiking route No. 6, in Vourkoti, a section of an adobe wall that holds the land of the overlying property, while also delimiting the old public municipal road (route 6), has collapsed.
Passage at this point has become very difficult and extremely dangerous.
We await the response and the corrective actions of the Municipality of Andros.
